Noise disturbances from adjacent rooms!!! Hot water temperature fluctuations in the shower were quite bothersome!!! Limited dining options made me feel stranded during my stay!!!

missingWrote a review on Nov 18excellent locationcomfortable roomsintrusive servicedining arrangementsstressful experience
The hotel offers an excellent location for exploring the Scottish Highlands and features recently refurbished, comfortable rooms. While the dining area serves high-quality products, the service, particularly from some restaurant staff, was intrusive and stressful, detracting from the overall experience. the lack of pre-booked dining arrangements for our group led to further disappointment. Despite these issues, the charming atmosphere of the hotel and its convenient location make it a decent choice for travelers.

Lovely historic vibes throughout the hotel.
Unfortunately, I found the room to be quite cramped and the noise levels disruptive at night made it hard to get a good night's sleep. the Wi-Fi connection was very unreliable, which made it challenging to stay connected. I also faced some delays with the service at the bar area, which added to my overall dissatisfaction.

Had an awesome stay with friends! We explored the stunning Loch Ness and the beautiful Eilean Donan Castle. The location is perfect for adventures in the Scottish highlands, and the recently refurbished rooms made for a comfy experience. If you're looking to unwind, definitely check out the vibe at the veranda bar!
We had an unpleasant experience with some staff in the restaurant who made us feel uncomfortable during breakfast, questioning our seating choice.

this hotel has such a lovely location, right in the heart of the highlands. the rooms are quite comfy and the food was really good with a nice bar area. i loved that the hotel has historic vibes and the veranda bar is a nice hangout spot. walking around the area is super nice, and we found some quiet spaces to relax.
but there were def some rude staff at breakfast and it was pretty cramped in the entertainment area. also, the wifi was basically non-existent.

This hotel suits me perfectly. I enjoy the free wi-fi, tv, and electric kettle. On my first stay, the staff helped me with local travel tips, which I still remember. I highly recommend it for a great experience. I’m returning for a romantic escape.
